Welcome, and it's a pleasure to meet you! Having lived in North Carolina and the Charlotte region most of my life, I can sincerely say it's a grand place to call home. Whether you're single, raising a family or considering retirement, there's something for everyone.
Charlotte is located in Mecklenburg County and borders the NC/SC line. The metro region includes counties of Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Iredell, Catawba, Lincoln, Gaston, and Union, as well as York and Lancaster just across the South Carolina line. As a seasoned real estate professional with over 16 years experience, I have sold homes in practically all of the above counties. REO's (real estate/bank owned), short sales, HUD's, regular resale homes or new construction homes; you name it and I've probably done it. My primary focus and regional areas of expertise are: Charlotte, Concord, Harrisburg, Huntersville and the Lake Norman area.
